I cant believe what my coworker said to me...
two weeks ago I naturally miscarriage and i was home for part of it...
fast forward to this week, yesterday Im sitting in work with a stomach bug and puking. I get back from one of my trips running to the bathroom and the girl in the office goes " are you having morning sickness" and just laughs like she made a funny joke....
Its like HELLO i just lost a baby 2 weeks ago, im not suppose to try for another 3 months, and id give anything to have morning sickness and be pregnant.... i cant believe she actually thought she was funny....

does she know about your mc? maybe she isn't aware of the circumstances as to why you were out of work...BUT, if she does know, and still made that comment, then she is a pure IDIOT!!!!!!! so insensitive of her! i'm so sorry!

Honestly, and I know this may not help, but I hate when people think they can get away with things like that. I'd go to HR. From what you are saying she is just stupid & insensitive, but she crossed a line here....

Coming from your side of the fence, people have NO IDEA how to react to your situation unless they have been in it.
I know it's hard and it stinks, I can't say I am sorry because you've heard it a million times and it makes no difference.
Just know that people can be stupid and have no clue how to approach you. Some will say dumb things, others will say nothing at all, others will look at your belly in a few months and many will say that it was for the best.....
Let it go in one and out the other, that's my best advice....
