I COULD JUST SCREAM!!!!!!!!!!!
I'm sitting at lunch at this guy asks if I go to temple. I said once a year. He said really. SO i say do you go to church, no since he's already going to hell. He should be the last person to judge me with the stuff that I hear that he does. So he asked if I don't go to temple, why did I have a jewish ceremony. Just because I don't go to temple doesn't make me a bad person. I think the topic of religion shouldn't be talked about at lunch. There's so many different views that people will argue

Next time he bothers you, ask him if he is going to hell, shouldn't he be recruiting for the other side? People need to learn to MYOB, unless they are trying to learn something about your traditions.

thanks felicia. if i was petty, i would ask him why he always goes out dancing to clubs without his wife. i won't stoop down to that. i know the rules of my religion. just because i don't go to temple, it doesn't make me a bad person

I actually worked somewhere once where they had a posted hung in the cafe/breakroom...that said something along the lines of...To keep the peace please refrain from talking about Politics or Religion in this Break Room

This is exactly why you shouldn't let him get to you! You know the rules of your religion, he does not so he is in no position to judge. It sounds like he might not even know the rules of his own religion...let he who is without sin cast the first stone...

I got married in a catholic church. I will be honest I dont goto church but when we mentioned maybe getting married in the hall our families were very upset. So we did it for our family.
