I could really use some hugs and prayers today - Happy Update!
i am in my 6th week right now and since Sun ive been having on and off cramping and spotting. I went to my OB today and they did a sono and there was a sac and some yolk but no fetal pole or HB. to complicate things, i have a cyst that they believe could be causing the bleeding and cramping. they did some blood work and i go back on thurs for some more to determine whether the pregnancy is viable or not.
im trying to stay positive but i just have this pit in my stomach that something is just not right

Updated as of 8/24:
After a couple of trips to the GYN, two rounds of bloodwork and two sonos we got GREAT NEWS! We saw the sac, the yolk, fetal pole and the most amazing sound ever - the heartbeat!
 My EDD is April 15th. I go back on Sept 3rd for my 8 week appt and they will take another look at the cyst then, but they aren't overly concerned about it.
Thank you all for your well wishes and support, it really helped me through this last week!

please don't lose hope yet! 6 weeks is still early and things may change. are they going to do another sono? i just went through something similar so if you need to talk, please FM me. my dr was pretty sure i was about to miscarry because of several different reasons and then a week and a half later, they did a "final" sono (they were ready to send me for a d&c) and they heard the heartbeat. i'm not completely "out of the woods" yet but i just wanted you to know there is still hope! please FM if you need to talk.

Thank you all so much for your encouraging words, hugs and prayers. I'm feeling better today and woke up with m/s and just feel like it is my little one telling me to not give up hope and that things are progressing. I have a renewed sense of hope today and I'm going to remain optimistic until my OB gives me reason to believe otherwise.
I have another appt tomorrow to test my levels and to do another sono, so hopefully things will improve.
