I did it last night -- the mommy chop... Updated with pics.
Finally I was able to go get my hair cut & colored for the first time since July 6.  I wasn't planning on getting this much off, but it's much shorter. I think I like it. I'll take a pic later. Hopefully this will make getting ready easier & faster.

Definitely not. Especially when it rains -- it's just not worth the effort. But it's supposed to look good curly too. We'll see... She did more of a blunt cut instead of the angle that I had. It's supposed to help.
