I don't know if this belongs on parenting, celeb, diet, etc...
but my mag just featured the lovely Jennifer Nicole Lee, who was on Oprah and has a whole mommy diet workout plan. She was overweight and decided to enter a bikini contest and she ended up becoming this huge success. I found her very inspirational and if anyone is interested, her website is www.jennifernicolelee.com; you can see her Oprah clip. In the article I just did with her, she says you should eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a pauper, meaning don't binge at night. She has some nice advice and also how to workout using your kid as a weight...it's cute.

she is a nice person, too...she has some great recipes and workout tips. and she recommends a killer stretch mark cream on her website that i bookmarked for future.
