I hope he feels better.
The car seat can wait until tomorrow. If you have power wash on your machine you can do that....it should all come out

btdt, reflux for months....vomit up liverwurst and cheese and everything under the sun---leave it outside to dry---and febreeze---light candles...
it will be ok! at least its a passing thing.
and of course now u need the BRAT diet
