I don't know what to do anymore (sleeping issues)
She is screaming on the top of her lungs up there. We can get her to fall asleep unless she is being held or in our arm or touching us. This is a freakin nightmare
What am I doing wrong

You're not doing anything wrong.
I know when we moved Joseph into a bed, it was a completely different ball game. Is she in a bed or crib?
Screw it. Lay down with her. Snuggle her - unless you really don't want to do it.
My kids wind up in my bed most nights. It's not always going to be this way. One day she's not going to need you & you'll be missing this part.

so sorry marcie
Teeth? My guess would be separation anxiety if it's not her teeth. My 19 month old DD is getting clingy like that too, and it's nuts. She's been waking up screaming bloody murder for the last month. DH goes in there and she holds him like we are putting her back into a pit of snakes.
It's so hard to hear them cry especially now since they can say mommy mommy mommy...I always gauge her by her tears.
hang in there
We do some things for separation anxiety, Let me know i'll FM you them

Not to hijack the post - but can you tell me how or WHY it was different when you moved Joseph to a bed??
PS....Marcie - hugs to you honey - I am in the same boat and it's sinking!!

He seemed to be fine going to sleep in a bed - maybe it was because it was like our bed? I'm not sure. At first I used to have to say I was going potty or to check on Daddy & I'd be right back. He would fall asleep waiting for me to come back.
Later we started rules. One book. One story that we made up (lasting about 2 minutes), a snuggle & then I leave.
