I feel like a terrible person
I found out tonight that my sister in law's sister in law is pregnant and I am sitting here crying.
I feel like a terrible person because I am so jealous. But I am really really jealous.

you are not a terrible person AT ALL! you are only human! take it from me.. last august i found out i was pregnant and about 2 weeks later i found out that my SIL was expecting too. unfortunately, my pregnancy did not make it and hers did.. everytime i look at her it's a reminder as to where i should've been. i recently found out that im pregnant again but the pain is still there. its not that we are not happy for them.. it's just a painful reminder for us.. that's all. take one day at a time and you wll get to a place where you will be happy again.. i promise

Trust me, you are NOT a terrible person. That is a normal reaction to have after losing a baby.  I remember when I had my MC I use to hate every pregnant woman I saw. I felt like a horrible person for it but then came to the realization that it is totally normal.

You're not a terrible person at all remember, this is not coming from u not being happy for her - this is coming from internal grief. It rears its head in jealousy, depression, anger etc. I go through it every day - its beyond our control and perfectly normal in our situations. We all understand here and i'm here if u need to talk just fm me. Im sorry u are going through this but just know these feelings are not a reflection on your person at all.

Definitely NOT a terrible person. I think everyone on this board knows that feeling all too well. Plenty of my friends and family have babies or are pregnant, and while I'm thrilled for them, it tears me up inside.

You are not a terrible person at all. I have been there since I was surrounded by pregnant relatives all around me. As much as you try to be happy for them you can't help but feel all these different emotions.

You are NOT a terrible person…You’re very normal. Shortly after my miscarriage, I found out that my sis was pregnant. I couldn’t be around her. It was horrible. Don’t be so hard on yourself
