I feel like I went horseback riding...
I'm 34 1/2 weeks and I have terrible groin pain. I'm ok when I am sitting or laying down, but when I get up it kills. It's making me do the pregnancy waddle. I have an appt tomorrow and will mention to dr, but is this something I should just expect for the next 5 weeks? It's very uncomfortable! Is there a certain stretch or exercise I can do?

That terrible groin pain lasted the entire 3rd tri for me!!
It was NOT comfy and pleasant at all.

i've had that for the past two weeks or so.. and i'm only 21 weeks. doctor said it was normal and bla bla bla.. but it's SO painful! ughhh

I have the same pain and I have been like for about 2 weeks and I am 32 weeks today. Uuggghhh by the end of the day I completely waddle around. Sitting down is fine but man, getting up is horrible. My dr. said it was normal pain/pressure! Uuugghhh I know how you feel

yeah i have it and its gotten worse through the 3rd tri. now that im 38 weeks its unbearable. i cant move in bed, turn, walk, it hurts so bad down there.

Doc said it was normal (as expected!) and it was the ligaments stretching. Nothing we can do but try and find a comfortable position. So basically, we have to suck it up, LOL! Mine has subsided significantly since the beginning of the week, but I'm sure it will come in waves...
