I forgot to sterilize the breast pump bottles....

I forgot to sterilize the breast pump bottles....
I am ready to shoot myself. I bought a ton of Medela breast pump accessories including the bottles that attach to the breast pump. I sterilized everything in boiling water for ten minutes with the exception of those bottles! I totally forgot. Of course, I have breast milk stored in there. Should I dump it? I think I even gave the baby milk from those bottles that weren't sterilized. I am totally in a panic. Any advice? I now realize that the bottles have that plastic smell.

I never sterilized anything and DD is fine. I would absolutely not dump it or beat yourself up!

Even your "sterilized" bottles and items aren't sterile. As soon as they come out of the boiling water and cool down, they are contaminated by the air anyway....
