If I got up every time some wacko bugged me on the A train I'd never stay in the same seat for very long..LOL
I used to take the train to school every day and I've had worse experiences

This is exactly why I always travel with a walkman and a book. I wouldn't have spoken to the guy in the first place. Then if he persisted in annoying me, I change cars at the next stop.

I just ignore people - they are trying to get a rise out of you and when they can't, they'll get bored pretty quickly.

I didn't realize he was crazy at first. I thought he was just very outgoing. I didn;t really mind him until he started getting rude. I'm used to being hit on on the train, and I just smile and tell them I have a boyfriend/fiance. I thought this was just another one of those...but a really loud guy. LOL
