The baby was moving around like crazy! It was delicious! She liked it too!

I just posted before about frozen yogurt....I take it that it's safe to eat?!?! Is low fat yogurt also safe to eat? I've been craving Red Mango!

I make sure it doesn't have that artificial sugar. Some say you can't have soft serve ice cream or any dairy that comes out of the machine like that because of lysteria, but I think that is going overboard.

Babies must like yogurt b/c I had one of those Breyers yogurts with the mix ins and DD was moving around like mad!!
Its a win-win; we get to feel baby move while getting in some calcium
