I HATE BRU
TWICE I have had friends/family tell me they went to BRU and there they were told that theres no registry under my name *****??!!! has this happened to anyone else??

Yes. It happened several times and they would ask all kinds of things like my address, phone number, etc to try and find it. Very friggin annoying.

indeed.... most people end up feeling that way over something or another registry or return related... that's why I now call them the 'baby mafia'...
for me, it was that the items that were available 'in stock' (not only online) were not in any stores... so some crutial items (such as glass bottles) were never purchased 
we won't go into their return policies...
