I HATE SLEEPY'S!!!! UPDATED in first post
Trust Sleepy's my a$$!!!!
Yes, an ongoing theme here...
Why do I have so many problems with these companies?
We spent over 2 grand for a mattress and it sucks!!!
It was supposed to be firm and its not...when you lay in it you totally sink, and there is a hump in the middle now.
I wake up every morning in PAIN. It was torture to come home and sleep in it after vacation. Yes, the Hampton Inn had better mattresses.
I had the service company come to inspect it, and now Sleepy's says that the indents aren't deep enough to be considered defective b/c you can't see them in the picture...
HELLO, the problem is when you LAY on it...it engulfs you. Should that happen in less than 2 months????
I'm ready to toss this thing through their window.
I can't take it...when will I catch a break

Well, we had the second inspection, and just received a letter that our mattress is defective...NO DUH!!!!
So, they issued us a credit and we will go in and pick out another one!

Have you tried one of those foam inserts or a mattress cover type thing? It "sort" of helped mine.

That is why I dont go to sleepy's because of their dishonesty and my mom had a problem with them too. I got my mattress at seamans but they are gone now.

Getting them to admit your matress is defective is a major ordeal! My friend got stuck with a 5000.00 credit because the mattress she bought was not the same as it felt in the store.They sent the matress police out and gave her a really hard time.

I am with you on that. Start threatening them with BBB, etc. Protest outside the store on a Saturday, etc.

Thats is what I have been saying!!!
They reported the store to the BBB and the Corporate headquarters.I guess there is a law you can't return a used mattress thats why they don't want to exchange it for you It can be done you just have to keep fighting them!

We had the same problem. They checked it and of course its not "bad enough". ummm... it is when you get in it! It stinks and now we are sleeping on DH old mattress which is so uncomfortable.
I have a ten year warrenty so I plan on calling them every year to inspect it. Its horrible.
Suggestion: Put a cinderblock in your bed every day in the indentation and call them back in a couple of months. It may work.
