When you get your $$ back, if you do, get a Sleep Number bed, helped my husbands back tremendously.
And no, you should not have to buy one of those mattress covers after having the mattress for 2 months.

sleepy's marks up thier price like 50%...i tried to get them to price match but they refuse to move even though their policy is to do 110% or whatever
they are like the wrost company to deal with.....they have so many complaints with BBB..........i would recommend no one ever buy from thier....
they wanted like 2k for thier memory form type bed...and went to costco and spent like 500 bucks and this is the best bed ever...

Wow, I just googled them and I can't believe the amount of complaints about sagging mattresses!!!
If they won't do anything I will have my attorney write them a letter...or take them to small claims court if necessary.

CS just called and told me the next available appt for the service company to come is October 14th!!!
How come the first time they came it was within 2 days??????
Not that it matters, they will say its up to manufacturers standards anyway!
