I have an interview!! OMG UPDATE...2nd Update
Next week on Wednesday!!! Pleae send job vibes so I don't have to go back to the city in Sept. It would be so much easier for us!!!
Update:
SO I went for the preliminary interview...it was a panel with 2 APs and a teacher. After that one of the APs turns to me and says congrats you made it to the next round!!! She then walked me to the principal's office for my second interview. So I interviewed with the principal and he says ok I want to send you to the Asst Superintendent  So he called him and off I went!! I interviewed with him and they want me to do a demo tomorrow  I have never been through the process so fast in my life 
Please send me good Luck vibes!! I really want to get out of the city!!!!!
Update # 2 So I think it went well. I am an english teacher so I did a lesson on the correlation between The Red Scare and The Crucible. The kids for the most part were good. A little quiet but not disruptive at all.
They said they would let me know by early next week. I know there are two other candidates.....keep your fingers crossed for me!!!!!!

nope I got it through the application on the school's website. In all my years I've only have one interview from OLAS.

Give them something different and engaging...and you'll have their attention! I'm sure your demo lesson will be better than anything they're getting in summer school anyway!

Summer school students are not that bad! I am teaching summer school and they are good. Good luck!!!
