I just have to say I love heating pads
You guys are going to be seeing a lot of me on my birthday eve-back spasms. This heating pad is better than anything! I am so glad to be home and laying on it!

ohhhhhhhhhhhhh! I LIVE with my heating pad on my back when i am getting back spasms. Aren't they a GREAT invention!

I love them too, but just as an FYI they are really bad for you when you are PG- especially early on in a pg.

That is one thing I will miss once I am-also hot tubs.
You just reminded me that I have to go for my bloodwork for the OB. No motivation here though! I am getting an IV Wednesday so I want to minimize the needle exposure!

Hot showers are okay-you just shouldn't soak in super hot water for long periods or use heating pads. I need my hot showers or I will be one smelly preggo
