I just thought I was going to die making vodka sauce
I put in the garlic and than added the vodka and put my head over the pan to smell and got a huge wiff of it up my nose. It practically burned my nostrils  DH was hysterically laughing. I dont know if it was the garlic or the vodka or the mixture of both.
