I had a tiny bit of light brown this morning. First time I've spotted at all, I'm 6 weeks 1 day I think. It was only there once and then gone (so far). I know in my head that it's normal and fine but it is still SO scary and disheartening!

Ugh. Pregnancy is a trip, yo Chat Icon

It's so scary!! Brown is a good sign though bc it is old blood. I had spotting with DS starting at 4 weeks until 10 weeks and it was scary every time I saw it! If it gets red or heavier call your ob, but I am sure everything is fine!

Chat Icon normal but I agree scary Chat Icon brown is an excellent sign- old blood and it might be leftover from implementation since you are about 6 weeks

Definitely brown, and not even brown brown, more like a dark yellow tinged with brown (tmi I know). No pink or red to be seen and I've been to the bathroom twice since with nothing additional.

Could it at all be related to being sick? I have a pretty bad cold/sore throat and have been coughing a bit. Probably not but maybe?

I am 6 weeks today. Last Thursday I started spotting and it lasted until Sunday. Went to the dr twice since. We saw the sac and did blood work. Everything is fine but so scary. Good luck!

Same for me and everything is fine! The doctor said unless it gets heavy and consistent not to worry! HTH!
