I know they mean well...
but when I'm at work and someone asks me "how are you feeling?" I have to fight an irresistable urge to say something like, "ugh, my hemorrhoids are killing me!"

I stopped lying to people!
I've been soooo nauseous this pregnancy.. so when people ask how I'm feeling or "if" i'm feeling any better I just tell them.. I'm ok, but I could throw up on you!

Oh yeah I get those too. One co-worker yelled that to me from across the parking lot and then AGAIN when we were inside.
She then proceeded to tell me how she took a full month off before her son was born.
I wanted to ask her to pay my mortgage so I could call in sick.
