I know this is silly but...
I have belly envy. The other day I was talking to a lady due the week before me and she had the cutest little basketball belly. I feel like I am never going to look preggo

Awwww...and here I am feeling just plain old fat at 12wks. 
Honestly, I can't wait to have a belly because at 12wks all I feel like is fat...and it makes me miserable to have to get dressed everyday.

Don't worry it will defiently happen soon. Give it a couple more weeks.
I am actually okay with no belly, I can still wear most of my pants :). People piss me off , Today I got you must not be eatting enough. FU I eat enough for me and baby. I know the big belly will be here before I know it.

I'm 38w and I still don't look pregnant. I just look heavy (I was heavy to begin with). My stomach still hasn't rounded out. I still have the double stomach from being heavy before getting pg. I def have belly envy.

I had belly envy my whole last pregnancy and have it again. It's my own fault though - I could have lost weight beforehand and I didn't.
You look awesome and I am sure in no time you will have a cute little basketball in your belly!
How far along are you now?
