I lost 3 lbs!
This may be a total fluke, but I lost 3 lbs when they weighed my at cardiac rehab yesterday. 
After a long discussion with my cardiologist on Wed., we decided to cut my Toprol in half. I am on 25mg instead of 50 (I just cut my pill in half). I do feel a lot better since I cut the dose in half. This is a test run, so we will see what happens. The nurses at cardiac rehab told me that the weight loss could be from the decrease of Toprol in my system.
I hope the weight loss id from the Toprol being cut in half and my working my butt off. Even if it is a fluke, I am enjoying my success!
