There is also a great place for Greek call Athena on Merrick Rd. just east of Nassau Shores....it could be in E. Mass. or something though, but the area is nice there.

Phils Pizza on Hicksville Road (in the Waldbaums shopping Center in Massapequa)
Formaggios Pizza (on Hicksville Road in the Calvert Manor Shopping Center..near the Roller Rink)......I am biased for this place....my lil' sis' works here!
Ralphs Italian Ices on Broadway
Cafe Gondola on Broadway for Espresso & Cappicinos & Gelato....all the old Italian folks hang out here!!

My Dh and I are the only people who seem to find All American overrated and kind of nasty. The lines out the door every day tells me it must be us. 
I do second D ick and Doras, Phils Pizza (spinach salad pizza-YUM), Butera We don't go out to eat that much but I have found them all to be really really good.

Yes, delicious! I also like Hudson's Mill on Merrick Road, for a nice dinner. Gino's Pizza has good food and Bistro Pizza has delicious chicken ceasar salad pizza.

I agree. The only thing I'll eat there is the chocolate shake. They make the best shakes.

on sunrise highway- by the train station

Good place to get stuff to make for dinner (Italian) is Antoni Ravioli, really great stuff really reasonable prices.

I love all these places ...AND --- Big Daddy's!!! LOTS of fun!! It's on Park near the mall....just north of the rail road tracks.
