I need a structured weight trng program
I am adding 2 hrs a wk of weight trng to my workout regimen. I would like to use some type of structured program that focuses on functional training. I am looking for soe creative but challenging moves. Can you share your workouts, internet links, etc to help me do this in a structured way so I can really see results?Thx!

What kind of equipment will you have access to? Do you have suspension cables? I have a TON of workouts from my trainer that are great...what sort of split do you want to do?

I don't think they have suspension cables... but all the basic gym equipment. Its Golds Gym. I want to focus solely on upper body and core.

by "functional training" are you wanting crossfit style workouts or do you want traditional training styles as well?
