I need ideas for "something" under my flat screen
My house is extremely small and we just bought a 32" flat screen that we are mounting on the wall. But, I need something under it, something different to hold the components but look nice. I dont need it to hold dvd's or cd's because I am getting a rotating tower for them.
Any ideas would be appreciated.
Eta: This is in my livingroom.

If you have a closet or any area to store your equipment on the wall behind your can use a hidden IR system to have a clean install.
My house is a split and behind the Buddha in the first picture is the second picture in my basement.
Other people have used closets or even a cabinet in the room on the other side of the wall.
Good luck, Tom Image Attachment(s):

This is what DH did. We have a murphy bed alcove in our LR, so it's now our' office'. He put the components there so now just the tv is on the wall. Looks great!

I did something similar but all my audio components are on an opposite wall in the room.
So the only thing on the wall where the TV is - is the TV. Looks so clean and un-cluttered.
