I need one of those "I couldn't put it down" books.
I'm going to a conference in a couple weeks- I will be alone in a hotel room for 2 nights! I NEVER get the kind of free time to really get sucked into a book, and I want something that I'm going to want to devour.
Recommendations? Thanks!

I love the author Jodi Picoult. I can't put down any of her books. I also enjoyed the Twilight series.

The Pact
I hated The Pact. It read like the script of a Lifetime Movie. ( which I think it later became.)
I really don't get the love for Jodi Picoult.
I don't know if you've read these but I loved The Blind Assassin by Margaret Atwood & the Amazing Adventures of Kavalier & Clay by Michael Chabon.

Re: I need one of those "I couldn't put it down" books.
The books I personally couldn't put down when I read them were A Million Little Pieces and My Friend Leonard by James Frey. (I know, I know, but I REALLY loved them!)
Also, Bag of Bones by Stephen King. That book had my attention the entire time. I just read Water for Elephants and found it to also really keep my attention. I kept looking forward to getting on the train every day for work so I could read more!
