I need some bottle recommendations.

I used Dr. Browns with Rylan but threw them all out because I thought there were to many parts to clean. I'm due soon and not sure which ones to go with for the new baby.

Can anyone recommend their favorites please?

Emmy LOVES her Soothies bottle. This is also her favorite pacifier as well and I think it helps that they are the same nipples. She also likes the Playtex drop-ins, but the Soothies are a clear favorite.

Re: I need some bottle recommendations.

We had DS using VentAire, but we just switched to BornFree. They are expensive, but he is a really gassy baby and they definitely cut down on the gas and spitting up.

Re: I need some bottle recommendations.

i used to use playtex ventaire but they leaked, so i switched to the NUK bottles just like the pacifiers. they're great! once i switched to them DS ate more and slept more. and they're good for teeth and speech development.

I thought I was going with the Born Free but then noticed today that there was extra parts. We don't have a dishwasher but then again bottle washing isn't my job so maybe I shouldn't care...lol.

Does it get expensive with the drop ins...having to buy them all of the time?

No, I bought them from Target, they make the drop in bags and they're much cheaper than the actual playtex ones. I love it because when we go out, I only have to take one bottle with me, even if we will be out all day. I pack the drop in bags and bottle tops in a bag and I'm off! Chat Icon

Re: I need some bottle recommendations.

My FAV are the Born Free. I LOVE them, LOVE THEM.....but they are super $$$. $20 for TWO!

I have a few of them I got as samples.

I use drop in's...which I love for the convienence, but for me with two babies its expensive to get the liners, I need a box of 100 every day it seems Chat Icon

Ditto! I tried Born Free bottles but was annoyed with so mny parts to wash. My hands were so dry within days. I changed to Playtex drop ins and loved them!

Glad I could help! Chat Icon Even though I have a big diaper bag, it's a lot easier not to have to pack a bunch of bottles if I am going out for a long time!
I loved the drop ins mainly for that reason, and also they definitely helped my DD with her gas problems because I could squeeze all the air out of the bottles!

Re: I need some bottle recommendations.

Playtex Ventaire. Super easy to clean or put in the dishwasher, fits nicely into the diaper bag. Only thing I do not like is that the nipples only come in slow and fast (no in between) BUT - the Dr. Brown's different levels fit!

Avent for both of my children. I used the Avent drop ins for ds too. I liked them because I could squeeze out the air.
