I need some quick dinner ideas for the next couple of nights
We're grilling tonight and the next two days will be hectic...I don't want to order b/c we just did last weekend and we're going on Sat night
Any quick ideas?

stir fry panini whole roasted chicken (not quick to roast... but requires little time in the kitchen!)

Re: I need some quick dinner ideas for the next couple of nights
Turkey tacos are my go to for super busy nights. I also like to do Pasta - ravioli with frozen sauce is a nice easy thing with a salad. Sometimes I boil up some egg noodles and then brown some ground turkey with onions, garlic and zucchini. Add canned tomatoes and serve over the noodles. Baked lemon & garlic chicken is easy and quick too. Just rub chicken pieces with some butter, sprinkle on salt and pepper, add minced garlic and squeeze a little lemon over it. Bake with garlic wedges until cooked through (depends on how many pieces and what type of pieces you use). Make a side of orzo or rice and some frozen veg. You could get a small roast beef and do it FelandJohn style by seasoning, throwing it in the oven at high heat for 20 minutes and then turning off the heat and letting it sit for 20 minutes per pound after that without opening the oven at all. A side of brown butter noodles and some quickly steamed sugar snap peas make the meal! It takes time - but it isn't ACTIVE cook time and it isn't labor intensive so you can do other stuff.

Instead of roasting the chicken pick up the rotissare chicken from the supermarket - it is tasty and much easier :)
