need something quick and easy for dinner tonite- ideas?
So it's my DS's 9th birthday tomorrow  and i promised i would make him baked ziti tomorrow. I'm hot and tired and thought i would make something easy tonight since i will be cooking all day tomorrow making sauce meatballs and ziti, so i want to make something easy. i have elbow noodles and canned tomatoes. i have all kinds of pasta in the house and salad. Can anyone think of anything easy to make with that or anything else to make for that matter? TIA

I'd do pasta with sauteed diced tomatoes, parm and basil, some olive oil, garlic and red pepper.
