I need some quick frozen chicken help.
Normally when I get home from the grocery store I put each cutlet in a ziplock so I can make 1 or 2 at a time. i was in such a rush when I got home last night I threw the whole package in the freezer. I tried prying them apart with no luck. Is my only option cooking them all at once now? How long will it last once I defrost it?

Put the package in cold water and change the water every 20 minutes. Should take about 2 hours to defrost maybe less.

My problem is I only need 1 cutlet tonight. I'm thinking I need to defrost and cook them all though...right?

you need to defrost them all, yes. Once defrosted I would cook them within 2 days.

Re: I need some quick frozen chicken help.
FYI...you can refreeze them after you cook them. I made a similar mistake once and ended up with enough frozen grilled chicken to last a month.
