I need some suggestions on places to bring my dd

She will 3 in March and she loves to play with other kids but we dont have any kids her age in the family only babies. I am a SAHM so she has never been in daycare. Does anyone know of any places in Suffolk that are inexpensive that I can bring her for some much needed interaction with other kids? I would love a pre k type of thing but I dont even know where to begin.

I used to go to The Original Mommy and Me with DS. They have locations in Lake Grove, Rocky Point and Holtsville.

I was also going to recommend a Mommy and Me program... There's the Original Mommy and Me, Little Sunshine Play Center in Sayville, and sometimes I think churches have programs?

Where are you located?

THere are a ton of mommy groups on Meetup.com. When I became a SAHM a friend introduced me to a local group and it has been wonderful. I personally have developed some great friendships and DS is always asking for his friends.

Other ideas:
DS was enrolled in gymnastics for awhile and really enjoyed seeing his friends

We do library programs which are great because they are free, but we have developed some friendships from there

B&N does story time every week

Music Together is fun and I like thats its a mixed age class Birth to 5yo
