We are having- sliced deli turkey wih gravy and stove top stuffing. I will probably throw in a veggie too. HTH
**I found the Waldbaums brand of sliced turkey at the deli counter to be better then the other brands- not wet and yucky. It is good turkey.**

My easy dinner file: Turkey tacos with all the options (tomatoes, lettuce, salsa, chips, guac, sour cream, cheese, lime, cilantro, onion, etc..) Mini Meatloaves (same ingredients as meatloaf - but grilled up like a burger instead of baked in a big loaf), green beans, warm potato salad Cheeseburgers & hand cut fries Spaghetti and Jazzed up jar sauce with Texas Toast and a green salad Grilled chicken Caesar Salad Tilapia packets with summer squash and lime (Fish seasoned with salt and pepper - wrapped in foil with sliced veggies and a slice of lime. Toss it on the grill for a few minutes and then serve with some Tabouli salad).

Mix breadcrumbs and parmesean cheese in a bowl. Crack an egg in another bowl. Take chicken cutlets, dip in egg then in breadcrum mixture.
Fry them up until cooked through.
In the meantime, preheat broiler. When chicken cutlets are cooked, place a slice of fresh mozzarella on each piece and put until broiler until cheese starts to bubble and brown a little.
Serve over tomato sauce.
yummy!
