I realized today...
that my b-day will be hard this year. my grandmother passed away in november. i was very close to her. the last time i spoke to her was the day after my b-day. i always loved sending her a grandparent day card. in my heart everyday is grandparents day. this year it happens to fall out on my b-day. i hope i'll be able to get through the day

Ahhh! I am sorry. My mom died in February and last Saturday would have been her 68 birthday. Before the day arrived I vowed I was not going to be sad and made a good dinner to celebrate her day. It really helped to prepare myself before the day.
