I saw a breakfast recipe somewhere.....

I saw this either on tv or in a magazine and it sounds good but I cant find the recipe and I cant remember exactly how it goes.

It was for a kind of "to go" breakfast that you can make ahead of time and bring to work to eat.

It was something like, put a slice of bread into a muffin tin, and push it down to make it like a cup. Mix eggs and veggies/cheese, or something, and pour it into the bowl of the bread, and put it in the oven, so it becomes almost like an omlet inside a toast shell.

This is all from memory - does anyone have a real recipe that sounds like this??
