I LOVE THAT MOVIE!!!!

I'm not a crier and when I saw it at the theater when it first came out my sister called me a "cold hearted Beeeeotch" for not crying.

Uh, I love this movie, but I was also a complete and total blubbering mess, even after it was over. Heartwrenching.

You know, I just think the book was much more intense--OMG, the letters! I cry at just about everything, but don't think I cried at the movie since I was spoiled by the book. I'm more of a book person anyway.

Re: I saw the Notebook last night...

i read the book first and sobbed... i was afraid the movie wouldn't do it justice, but IMO it did. i was crying for a long time even after i finished the book and after the movie ended. one of my favorite stories ever.

I saw this movie in the theatre with bxgell2 and we were both sobbing the entire time (which is so not like us) and were so emotional that we got lost on the way home. Chat Icon
