I LOVE that movie!! 
towards the end... when they were having that romantic dinner in his room and then danced... and then she forgot him again and started freaking out - I completely lost it!!!!!! 
this was the one and only movie that I sat on the couch and was literally sobbing!
Me too. MY grandmother had dementia and there was one point she came out, and she said "what's wrong with me, what is happening?"
That part reminded me of my grandma.
I am starting to cry thinking about the movie and the end when they were in bed falling asleep. OMG to have that kind of love.

I'm obvioulsy in the minority here and therefore fail the woman test on this one  I saw it a few years ago, and thought it was a good movie & sweet, but didn't cry like everyone else I know and said I would. And I usually get sobby at sad movies, esp. My Life, Steel Magnolias, etc.
Maybe I'll have to rewatch it!
