I shall spend the day baking
So far I am planning to make:
Mom's Lemon Blueberry bundt cake
Pumpkin bread
Ghirardelli (homemade) brownies
And I'm working on my menu for the week.

Yum! I made the same brownies today. Yesterday I made both a pumpkin cheesecake and a pumpkin pie (I had a lot of pumpkin). I also decorated milano cookies with gel (boo, trick or treat, pumpkin, spider, witch hat...)

I'm all about food today too. I've got to figure out my weekly menu, hit up the grocer and then get down to some cooking and maybe a little baking before we have to go out and trick or treat!

yesterday was a baking day for me too!
i made a lowfat banana walnut bread... and chocolate pecan pie (mmmm - and so easy!)
i also made a ton of baby food:
-asparagus risotto
-roasted pear & banana puree
-applesauce with vanilla & cinnamon
-banana mini muffins
-butternut squash, apple & potato puree
-roasted chicken thighs

yesterday was a baking day for me too!
i made a lowfat banana walnut bread... and chocolate pecan pie (mmmm - and so easy!)
i make choc chip pecan pie every year for t-giving and it's delicious and SO easy!! do you use chips or something else for the chocolate? sometimes it gets a little clumpy, so last year I melted the chips even though the original recipe never said to do that.
but i always have corn syrup on hand just for that!
