Man burns down house while cleaning cobwebs with a blow torch!

Those must have been SOME spiders!!

I could see DH doing this. He actually used a flame thrower a few years back to destroy all the tent caterpillars in our yard...he is not wellChat Icon

I have to tell you this story..

We bought our house in June 2004. At the time, no one had lived in it for over 2 years. The previous owner had died and the family did renovations. So we went out to the movies one summer night…came home. Went to the front porch. Immediately ran about 10 feet back! There were 2 ginormous tarantula type spiders on our porch who had spun giant webs in the 2 hours we were gone at the movies!

We went around to our back entrance and into the house. My DH got a can of hairspray or something and a blow torch and went around from to torch them! He was like there is no way in hell I am getting near those babies!

Needless to say we pretty much use our back entrance now!
