i think i lost my mucus plug!!! tmi
i'm one of those lucky preggers ladies that haven't been overwhelmed with cervical mucus. i got it usually when i went number 2  and that was it. well lately my cm has been increasing every time i wipe.. i just went to the bathroom and wiped and it the color of cm but it was REALLY thick and not like any cm i've ever seen before. do you think i just passed most of it? or does it HAVE to have blood in it? it was a yellowish creamy color. when TTC i went by my cm so i'm used to what my cm looks and feels like (yeah i guess that's a lil tmi) but this was just different. thick as anything!!

i think the mucus plug is different than the bloody show in that the MP is like you described, but the BS has well, blood. Either way - good luck!!!

it sounds like you're loosing it - but you've probably not lost all of it. i had what you're describing for 3ish days then lost a BIG chunk with blood in it (TMI) the day before i went into full blown labor.

that's what i was kinda thinking that i was losing pieces of it. because i lost 2 decent "chunks" in the same sitting ( ) oh man i hope you're right and labor is in the very near future!! i've been having braxton hicks A LOT more frequently and i'm a little crampy. went to the bathroom 3 times today (tmi) which was a little looser than normal. just not diarrhea. thanks so much for the info!

hmmm... not sure, the best way to describe it is green snot.  I lost the whole thing when my water broke and I was sitting on a towel waiting for the Dr to call back. When I got up , there was no mistaking

ditto, then the bloody show started the ady I went into labor.

i was up all night with contractions, A LOT of pressure on my belly like it felt like my belly was a balloon and ready to be popped. the cramping felt like i was either going to poop my pants mixed in with a little menstrual cramping. i thought maybe i had to poop but i went 4 times that day ( ) i went to bed around 7:30am woke up and the cramping was pretty much gone but my stomach was definitely still contracting. i did poop and i dont really feel any cramps anymore. i'm hoping i was mistaking contraction cramping as gas pains. it was pretty bad at one point though! i have my drs appointment at 3pm so i'm hoping he'll say i'm at least dilated a little! and maybe the internal will further a long this whole ordeal. i think i shall have taco bell with lots of hot sauce for lunch and go walking haha. i just have a strong feeling i won't make it past tuesday next week.. and my strong feelings have almost always come true. plus i keep getting june 11th stuck in my head for some reason :-/
