I THINK I'M BACK ON TRACK!
since my knee betrayed me, i've been working really hard to get back on track.
* i stopped running for three weeks * i've been doing on my knee, hip, core exercises * i've been using my foam roller and "the stick" * i've been doing my yoga * i've been taking joint supplements
you name it, i've been doing it
i even did something i swore i would never do... i started running on a tow path instead of the paved streets (i'm a city girl, i run on the streets NOT on trails).
and i'm HAPPY to say that today i ran 10k and i PR'ed!!!
i'm going to double-check, but i think this puts me back on track to be able to complete the marathon training in time for the AC marathon in october!!!!
i'm feeling so awesome, today!!
