the hospital may give you a hard time about the bundle me and a jacket. Im going to cover baby with blankets. Im going to be sitting in back seat with baby and dh will be driving. Im going to start bundle me once Im the one driving without dh with me.

Re: I thought I was done getting ready!
You're a better mom than me. I'm not washing the bouncer cover or swing or bundle me, etc. For me..they're not going to be in those things naked, so as long as their clothes/blankets/towels are washed, that's enough for me.
I'm not worried about what to bring him home in either. We have an outfit, he'll have a onesie underneath and then we'll either use a bundle me or a blanket on top of him. He's literally going to be outside for 30 seconds from the door of the hospital to the car when DH pull it up front. Same with getting out of the car at home, DH will pull up to our building, we'll get him out and bring him right inside. So I personally think just the bundle me or a blanket is fine. But if you want to get a cute jacket you can never have enough cute jackets.

Ugh, I hear you!!! I totally forgot to wash the bundle me, and the bouncer DUH! Originally I was going to bring the baby home in the bundle me, but I think some hospitals does not allow bundle me. So I am bringing a snowsuit and extra blankets. DH will bring the car right to the door, so DD won't be out in the cold for too long.

I think a sweater and two blankets will be fine..remember you won't be outside for very long with your lil one..
