how long after your wisdom teeth were removed were you able to chew with no issues?

I actually was eating real foods the next day. they were soft but real. I think I ate french toast for breakfast and chicken fingers for lunch. Granted there isn't much to eat at the bronx zoo that is post-wisdom teeth removal friendly.

like 2-3 days. But I only had one side done and it wasn't impacted so that made it easier.

i ate "real food" 2 days later at the wedding of the year. That veal chop was worth it! (I had all 4 removed on a Friday, i believe TWOTY was a Sunday)

I believe it was 5 days for me (but I have complications from oral surgery). I ended up losing over 10lbs! Best way to kick start a diet!

I had mine removed on Friday and I made myself some mashed potatoes and rice last night, because I couldn't take it any more! I may venture to something more chewy today...

I was feeling pretty good yesterday...until my MIL squeezed my cheeks at Church yesterday. I couldn't hold out my hand to say "peace be with you" because I was feeding Marianna a bottle...so she squeezed my cheeks instead. My dh grabbed her hand and yelled at her..."what's wrong with you, she just had 4 wisdom teeth removed and she's not 4 you don't around squeezing a 29 yr old women's cheeks"
so basically since the squeezing of the cheeks my left lower side has been killing me...and I can't really eat anything, besides shakes.

Have you tried soup? I did a lot of Lipton noodle soup, and i let crackers sit in the soup til they dissolved. Or yogurt?

I am eating real food and as you know had them out on the 27th. I still chew towards the front because I'm scared of getting food in the holes.
How did you make out on sat with the kids? Did your dh go to game?

i had some french onion soup yesterday for dinner...I'll probably have some sort of soup tonight for dinner as well.

yes he went to the game. My MIL came over to hep with James, so I really only had to take care of Marianna and she is so easy.
