I want to shrink my calves
Please tell me how 
I want to be able to wear knee high boots without spending the extra $40 on extended calf.

omg, i am dying to know this too - but i don't think that you can do anything about muscle - i feel silly being a 4/6 and unable to wear most boots.

I don't think you can shrink them, but I do know the less you exercise them the smaller they will be. I have been running hard and training since March and my calves are rocks...gross but nothing I can do about...better to be strong I guess!

Unfortunately, they don't shrink. And there really is no way to.
At one point, I actually lost about ten pounds this summer.......and not even a millimeter lost in the calf. They stayed the same.
It sux....but I guess its a genetic thing...
What about pull-on/stretch boots? Will they fit you?
