I'm going to be having a scheduled c with this one, and my doctor asked the same thing (we'd need to know early because the hospital I'm planning to deliver at is Catholic and won't allow them).
I'm sure we are done. But, for me, I can't, just can't know for 100%. no looking back, be positive. And I'm not willing to make that decision right now. I'm going to go back on the pill - it worked for me for 16 years with no issue, so I think we will be ok.
I told DH he should get snipped, but that is 100% his decision.

was at the dr today and baby is head down, facing the right way, locked, loaded and ready to go... soooooo hopefully i won't even have the choice! 
Thanks everyone, I'm 90% sure I'm going to go with an IUD for a while, then look into Essure.
