I was just so scared/nervous to tell my new boss
that I have to leave early on Friday (made these plans MONTHS ago-for a function for DH's grad school). He was so cool and he could tell I was nervous. He's like, "You can talk to me anytime; it's fine." When I said I'd make up the time, he told me not to worry.
Am I dreaming? This job comes at such a good time...I am so happy!
