I went to the Carters Clearance store in Tanger...
I was anything but impressed
EVERYTHING is $3.99. To me, that is an "okay" price, but not a huge bargain. It's mostly racks of shirts and a few racks of pants. NO outfits, NO dresses, etc. They do have a few bibs & towel/washcloths sets if you need for your self or a gift. Again, it was nothing impressive - just wanted to let you know before you make the trip
Oh, and they don't accept coupons at that special store

Re: I went to the Carters Clearance store in Tanger...
Yea, I wasn't either I got there early, like about 10 (was doing that and the aquarium) so I figured I get there early and then go about the day. When I got there they weren't open yet and were waiting for the building inspector to come clear them and she told me "We don't know when we're opening"
So I wasn't about to sit in Tanger and wait.
I didn't even go. But the aqaurium was fun!

I was in Marshall's the other day and they had a HUGE selection of Carter's at awesome prices. They have the sale advertised in their windows, so maybe they just got truckloads in from Carters.

Re: I went to the Carters Clearance store in Tanger...
I went today, and I was kind of happy with my purchases. Yes, they're mostly the basics (onesies, short & long-sleeve), few pairs of pants for future sizes, etc. But they were $3.99, regularly $15 and up, so that's just as good as I've gotten on Kohl's clearance racks. Plus, as someone mentioned, they have adorable receiving blankets, little toys, towels, etc that will make great baby gifts. I bought a few gender-neutral things to keep on hand for gifts.
The selection isn't huge, but I was pretty happy. I spent $100 , so that's a lot of items. But again, mostly the basics, printed onesies, etc., plus some adorable polo shirts for spring. As I said, I got onesies & pants up to size 2T also, I have bins downstairs I store them in.
If you're in the area, I suggest taking a look!

Re: I went to the Carters Clearance store in Tanger...
I was just there last weekend and cleaned house. I paid nothing over 2 bucks! Maybe I'm the reason they marked it all back up!
