Hi, Dont give up hope if you give up your body will give up.
As you say you can always go with an egg donar, yes this will mean that only 1/2 of the baby as you say will be yours but at least when the baby is born it will be yours to bring up and love like your own.
Im not sure on the expense of this procedure but sometimes money does not matter if you are so desperate to have a baby.

Its hard for me to understand your situation any further than the fact that you are considering donor eggs. I am in a boat where i have 0% chance of getting pregnant on my own - have a syndrome where my ovaries never developed therefore never began life with any eggs. So for me to have children, i must use a donor egg and my DH sperm. We are at peace with it (at times) knowing that its the only way we can have a family other than adopting. and like you - i feel like if i can carry a baby that is at least 1/2 ours genetically, then thats a gift in it of itself.
