Idea for helpful gift for new mom of 2

My friend just had #2, she is a new mom of 2 under 2.

Another friend brought over homemade lasagna and cake - I am not a cook - what can I bring over food wise or to help out? She does not eat meat.

Someone bought me an edible arrangements which I loved because my family could just pick at the fruit all week and I didn't have to cut it up, etc.

Also, I received a gift certificate to a local pizza place where I was able to get several orders for take-out and that was very helpful.

Gift cert. for local restaurant is a great idea. I dont even want to think about how im going to cook when #2 arrives!

Gift card to restaurant
Offer to take their older one out for the day (not sure how close you are with them, but this was always a life saver for me)
Diapers/wipes are always needed
Something special / personalized for Baby #2 -- I received a TON of this type of gift for my 1st and barely any for my 2nd. I ended up ordering a few things myself just so he wouldn't feel "shafted" later in life, lol.

gift certificate to local restaurant who does take out/catering for a quick meal when they need it.
