what about tomato/fresh mozzarella?
You could serve it on little crackers or on those mini loaves?
Or theres another I don't knwo what its called but it it diced tomatoes, with basil on little breads.

How about salami or prosutto wrapped around bread sticks. Or cut up cheeses with olives and figs.

Guacamole and chips!
I have a good guacamole recipe if you're interested...
Hummus & pita chips or veggies
Tomato, mozzarella, & basil drizzled with olive oil and balsamic vinegar
seared shrimp on endive leaves (sear shrimp until pink, cut into cubes, mix with olive oil, parsley, fresh chopped thyme, fresh chopped chives, salt, pepper, and a little mayo... use tablespoon to scoop onto belgian endive leaves)
cold antipasto platter (proscuitto, mozzarella, sopressata, salami, provolone, artichoke hearts, roasted red peppers, olives)
any type of salads
crostini
sushi
ceviche
okay i'm all out of ideas!

bruschetta (sp?) with crackers
hummus with pita chips
cold antipasta platter (olives, cheeses, salami, pepperoni ect......)
fresh mozzarella on top of sliced tomatoes with fresh basil drizzles with oil and balsamic vinegar
chicken satay with an asian dipping sauce---you can serve it cold
lox and cream cheese with chives on thinly sliced bread
pate with bread
spinach dip with pumpernickle bread
