ideas for girls night out - Manhattan and/or Queens?
Anyone know a good place for a girls night out in Manhattan or Queens(around Middle Village,Maspeth, Forest Hills, Astoria). Nothing too fancy or overpriced, just to go out have few drinks and have fun with my girlfriends whom I have not seen in ages.
I just need some new suggestions/ideas.

Are you looking for a place for dinner, drinks, bar, lounge, etc? How many girls?
If I am going out with 4 girls or less, one of my favorite spots is Death and Company in East Village for fancy drinks and YUMMY apps.
I can recommend a bunch of places for dinner depending on the area.

Cavo in Astoria is great! They have a beautiful courtyard too (get a reservation!) Close to the subway too!

I would go to Austin Street - Mardi Gras & Canana are both really good restaurants. I am not sure if it's still there but there might be a martini bar in the square by the LIRR on the lower level of the corner building. If it is - it's really cool.
There's also another bar on the north side of Austin east of Continental. It's small but they have a cozy sitting area in the back.
Sorry I stink with names.

If you want to dance - Culture Club in Manhattan. I love stand-up comedy, and Stand Up NY is great. Both would make a fun "girls night out"

Agozar in Soho - nice cuban tapas bar. And they have happy hour everyday: 2 for 1 tapas and mojitos.
